Owens and Pridgen, Inc. is Hiring an Industrial Painter Near Brunswick, GA

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces in an industrial setting. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix paint and coatings to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brush, roller, or airless spray
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application
- Operate power tools and equipment necessary for surface preparation and painting
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other tasks as assigned

Skills:
- Previous experience in industrial painting or related field preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling
- Familiarity with auto painting or auto body repair techniques is a plus
- Proficient in the use of power tools and equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately
- Experience with airless paint spraying is highly desirable
- Ability to fabricate or modify surfaces as needed

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills. Benefits package available after probationary period.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
